About Children's Medical Associates
Children's Medical Associates is well-known for its professionalism and quality care. Parents appreciate the attentive doctors, especially Dr. Long and Dr. Hill, who take time to listen and explain things clearly. Many families have had excellent experiences, feeling that the care provided has been exceptional from newborns to late teens. Although hold times for appointments can be longer, families feel it is worth the wait. The staff is friendly and makes children feel comfortable. They actively listen to parents' concerns, fostering a positive experience for all. The front office staff is also wonderful, making it fairly easy to schedule same-day sick visits if needed.
This place is too busy to actually care about their patients. We have five kids and have been with them since they opened. We mistakenly had our appointment time off by 15 minutes and they shut us out. No care and no concern. We should have seen the writing on the wall when it became so difficult to just set an appointment. We fully admit it was our mistake but their lack of concern and inflexibility is unwarranted when we have been with them so long and have all five kids here. There was no “let me see what we can do” or “we’re full but let’s get you rescheduled”. It was, “you missed your time” and nothing else
