We recently switched to this practice and are pleased with the thoroughness and efficiency of the practice. Booking appointments are easy and can even be done by text. Office is new and clean and the nursing staff is so kind. When we needed documentation for school they were so fast to help us with what we needed.
My daughter had a bad rush on her face. I called Alexandria location and they were so busy that they couldn’t even put me on a hold. I then called Fairfax location, they picked up the call right away. They were able to take her in 45 minutes. The facility looks very clean, and the staffs are very nice.
Love TPG for my kids. Very professional office. Quick response time from front office. I recommend this pediatrician office to all parents. I am glad to have Dr. Kapour as our pediatrician.
