This studio is such a find! We tried another martial arts program in the area and found it so impersonal and robotic. Coach Dante, Coach Antonio, and the rest of the staff go above and beyond with their students, building their confidence and encouraging them to push themselves. They also make sure the kids still have fun. This is the first sports program our son is excited to attend every week and it's been awesome to watch him participate. The studio itself was a little hard to track down with Google maps but it's worth seeking out.

My Friend was visiting from VT where she's been doing BJJ for about 2 weeks and talked me into going with her for a private lesson. We chose Capital MMA in Fairfax and it was an absolute incredible experience. Dante is a seasoned martial arts professional who took his time to gives us a solid introduction into the BJJ art form and we learned so much just in this 1-on-1 lesson. I highly recommend Capital MMA for anyone who is looking to get a good intro into this sport. Definitely a 5 out 5 star location!!

A great place for jiu jitsu. Coach Dante is excellent, he is very technically proficient and a great instructor. My son and I train here together, and Coach Dante makes sure everyone learns in a positive environment.
