Bluestar was fantastic to work with! The technician, Isaac, was very professional and took the time to investigate a few issues we were having. He offered practical solutions and at no time did he try to up-sell me. I will use them again for all future HVAC services. My experience was so pleasant that I decided to go for the annual service plan instead of just the single tune-up. I look forward to working with them again in the fall.

I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Bluestar continues to impress - they were super responsive when I realized my AC stopped working over the weekend. With high temps this week, I was worried it might take them some time but they scheduled me quickly and came right at the top of the service window. It turned out to be an easy fix and they didn’t even charge me! Highly recommend!
