I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Bluestar continues to impress - they were super responsive when I realized my AC stopped working over the weekend. With high temps this week, I was worried it might take them some time but they scheduled me quickly and came right at the top of the service window. It turned out to be an easy fix and they didn’t even charge me! Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about this company from start to finish. They replaced our AC and furnace. Prices are competitive. Don’t waste your time looking for an inexpensive HVAC company in town (there’s no screaming deals out there). What you want are quality systems, pricing options for different levels of systems and a fantastic team of HVAC professionals that can install a new system the day you call (or provide temporary AC if your system of choice takes a few days to procure). Bluestar checks all the boxes!
