Dennis was a MASSIVE help to us in our home buying process. He saved us from buying a house with a major electrical problem that at least one other inspector missed and then helped us with a very thorough inspection of the property we're currently buying. Easy to work with, detailed explanations of what he was seeing (including recommendations on when to call a more specialized expert!), and quick turnaround on the written report. Can't recommend highly enough.

I highly recommend Beltway Home Inspections. My experience with Beltway was positive from start to finish. Greg was very prompt in responding to my message and scheduling an inspection. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and Dennis had already arrived and had started inspecting outside of the property. Dennis was very thorough and took the time to explain concerns as we walked through the property. I received his detailed inspection report as well as a summarized action list that prioritized items from the report.
