I highly recommend Beltway Home Inspections. My experience with Beltway was positive from start to finish. Greg was very prompt in responding to my message and scheduling an inspection. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and Dennis had already arrived and had started inspecting outside of the property. Dennis was very thorough and took the time to explain concerns as we walked through the property. I received his detailed inspection report as well as a summarized action list that prioritized items from the report. I reached out to Beltway Home Inspections on short notice (Saturday) leading up to the holidays and fortunately Greg was able to come out and inspect a home for my wife and I the very same day. We were both very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. After Greg was done inspecting the home, he showed my wife and I the issues around the home and provided great explanations as to why they may be happening. We also appreciated that he disclosed and took the time to mention that certain items are merely cosmetic and wouldn’t be on the report. We received the report the very next day on Christmas Eve! Dennis and Greg are wonderful! They are thorough, detailed, excellent communicators, and offer helpful perspectives when processing items found in an inspection. I'd highly them to anyone I know!
