Cory with Veterans First Home Inspections did an outstanding job. His attention to detail was exactly what you want in an inspector. He didn't rush, caught things I would have completely missed, and clearly walked me through everything he found.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. He kept me in the loop at every step and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed.
On top of all that, he delivered the full report the same day, over a weekend. That kind of turnaround is rare and made a real difference while we were on a tight timeline.
Highly recommend Cory and Veterans First. Five stars.

Cory was the inspector for our home while it was under contract. He was great — technical while also boiling the report down to what was potentially concerning in the short term versus long term. Additionally, he has been a great resource for us for reputable contract and service people. We can’t recommend Cory enough!

Cory did not just inspect this home; he performed a structural interrogation. He moved through the property with a strikingly intense focus and an archive of hidden knowledge, treating every outlet and floorboard like another of God’s little tests. Terrifyingly reliable and meticulous. Even my dog, a strict judge of character and drywall quality, trailed him closely and gave his full, unspoken approval to the process. Cory left no stone unturned in his methods, leaving me with an absolute, unshakeable confidence in my home purchase. Highly recommended!
