PhuongThao Smith (Thao) was amazing and gave me exactly what I asked for! She cut long layers that added a lot of movement without taking away the thickness. The location is great & I never struggle to find parking on weekdays. Will definitely be booking with her from now on!

Always have an incredible time here. PhuongThao went above and beyond today- my hair really needed some help as I am trying to grow out my bangs and I had recently botched my undercut after trying to clean it up at home. She asked me enough questions to find out exactly what I wanted and made suggestions for the style that I hadn't even thought about (layering and tapering the undercut) that ended up being better than I could have imagined! Sarah also managed to squeeze me in without an appointment for a relaxing mani pedi afterwards! Really can't recommend this salon enough!

This salon is truly the best in Virginia. Sondes and Mia always take such wonderful care of me, and the owners Miguel, Susanna, and Jocelyn are incredibly kind people. I go there because their service is consistently excellent, unlike many other places. That’s why I always feel so comfortable and happy when I visit. They are the best team. I also want to thank Sarah for doing an amazing job during my last visit she did everything exactly the way I wanted. It’s such a comfort knowing I can rely on Sondes, Mia, and Sarah for anything I need, because I’m always in good hands.

This is my first time giving a review but my experience at the salon and with my nail tech Mia, I felt as if I was in good hands. The salon was clean and welcoming and from now on this will be my go to salon. Since it was my first time using powder for my nails, I was a little scared, but thanks to Mia's wonderful skills, not only did they come out great, but even 10 days after my appointment, I've yet to see any scratches or markings on my nails. They feel strong and sturdy so I am able to go on about my day without any worries.

Susana usually does a great job with my hair, but my most recent experience was unfortunately less satisfactory. I asked for a very subtle color change, and Susana used demi-permanent hair color, which I'm aware washes out quickly, but my hair was significant lighter after just one wash, and looked exactly the same as before coming in after two washes. I even used the $40 shampoo they sold me that was supposed to be color-safe. Disappointed :(

I've been going to Mia for I think three times for mani/pedi. She is one of the best manicurists I've had in a long time. The environment and comfort of the nail salon is incomparable to the strip mall nail places that are most common in Fairfax. They have a alternative to gel nails that for me last a couple days more than a week and I am very hard on manicures. I haven't bothered getting polish since I stopped using gel over a year ago. It took that long for my nails to heal and the polish they use that lasts a week + has made no negative impact on my nail health, maybe has had a positive effect.
