I honestly can’t recommend Annandale Floors and Vance highly enough. On a scale of 1-10, they are 10,000. They are real flooring experts who are knowledgeable, professional and provide high quality service. You are not dealing with a company that hires mediocre subcontractors. They are the best of the best in Northern Virginia.

We have used Annandale Floors for two jobs in the last several years. The realtor selling our mother's house recommended them. For her house, they did extensive work on hardwood floors and stairs that had been neglected, showing wear and water damage. The results were beautiful and contributed a great deal to the quick sale of the house. More recently, they refinished our kitchen floor. Again, every aspect of the job was superb. 3rd time the floors are sanded and hopefully the last. After sanding and refinishing by Annandale, the floors are very flat, no dings, and the finish is super. The flush registers are very nice too. Good job!
