Their team is always so professional, responsive, and genuinely kind, which makes working together seamless and enjoyable. The service is consistently exceptional, and they really go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. It’s rare to find a brand that’s this reliable and easy to work with highly recommend!
Krystal is truly the best lash technician I have ever had. I live over an hour from the studio but she makes the drive worth it every time, and I’ll never stop coming to her. She’s so kind, patient, detail oriented, and precise with her work. I love a natural look and Krystal gets it every time. I always receive so many compliments on my lashes and it’s all thanks to her!
I got a lash lift and eyebrow lamination. Overall, the result looks natural and pretty, and I appreciate the time and care during the appointment. However, I did expect my lashes to look a bit darker with the tint. I also noticed that some lashes are slightly uneven and a few brow hairs are not fully aligned, so the final look isn’t as polished as I expected.
I also assumed that brow trimming or clean-up (like shaping or shaving) would be included, and didn’t realize it wasn’t. For a total of $220 for both services, I personally expected a more refined and complete finish.
