Customer for over 20 years. Wish I could give 0 star review. I ended up coming home early from recent vacation. As a result, I was owed $200 refund. Have been trying unsuccessfully for weeks to get a refund. No luck. Will never use their service again.

I had been a long time customer with this company. I don't know what happened recently but we have had multiple negative experiences that has caused us to seek other options.1. We went away for a week and scheduled the pet sitter. We did the appropriate paperwork and left notes at the house that we had 3 cats. When we arrived home, we were greeted at the door by only 2 cats. We searched the house and found the third cat locked in a bedroom. He had been trapped in there the entire week and the sitter never noticed that they were missing a cat.2. We went away for a two week trip. I canceled my service with them on Jan 24th 2017. I had been with this company for over three years. Since I canceled my services on Jan 24th, I have been charged twice for services I no longer get, totaling over $600. The reversal I was owed as of the 24th for over $200, has yet to be seen. The response from the company has been barely anything and zero action.
