I am so thankful for Active Family Wellness. I keep thinking, "Where have you been all my life?" My daughter came first because of her pregnancy, and she kept telling me to get an assessment. I always thought it was normal to have aches and pains because I was getting older. However, I was shocked at how much pain I had tolerated under that misconception.
