We have a 20-yr-old Viking range that was getting dangerously hot on its exterior front when the oven was on. Harold made multiple necessary repairs, but the issue persisted. Confirming with Viking that he tried the right things but the issue simply was not fixable, A-Nova provided a gracious refund for much of the work. I appreciate their integrity and the attention our issue received over multiple visits from Harold.
