I've had multiple problems with my water supply and have had to call them more times than what should be necessary, but that's not anything on their end that caused it. I'm sorry I've annoyed them so many times, but I appreciate them very much for helping us in our times of need. The work they've done is great, I just have a bad well.“

Jerry went and determined the water heater needed to be replaced and was the job was half completed before I even arrived back to Danville.Now, the house is being sold and I needed to replace a shower faucet. “Michael, the technician, showed up on time to investigate the problem with my hot water heater and diagnosed a needed replacement. It was a specific design water heater that required diligent searching to find replacement. He located one and showed up early the next day to replace it. Very punctual, very professional, very sensitive to making sure he didn’t soil my carpet or damage anything surrounding the hot water heater and he made sure to meticulously clean up after the job was complete. Absolutely well pleased with his work. His number is saved in my contacts in case of future plumbing/hot water heater needs!??????“
