No notes! Absolutely floored by how fast they addressed the issue, options offered, and a detailed plan was set in motion. They were so kind and understanding, and completely transparent with the repair process. Awful situation turned into a phenomenal experience. Thank y’all so much!
Nick was highly professional.
I asked about senior citizens discount, along with Veterans discount. Considering, I'm a disabled veteran on a tight budget/ income.
Nick explained he could not go into the system and change it for the mentioned discount. Gave advice to take the bill to PSA HC, they should consider reducing bill. Again mostly pleased. I would have given a 5 star 🌟 rate had discounts applied. TY 🇺🇸
Nick also explained i saved myself $200-$400 by having the areas dug out and leak located myself with psa authority. Filling hole in myself.. again fixed income/ budget, Disabled veteran/ senior citizen.
TY Sincerely Darrell Fulcher
Brandon and Jack were extremely diligent, hard working and completed a very big job. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!
