“5 STAR RATING! WE CANNOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE! We have had low water pressure for a year since we turned the well pump on in my NEW house. We have had 3 different plumbers out to address the issue (one of them being the original installer) and no one could address the issue. They told me things like we needed a new stronger switch, or we’d have to redo all the pipes in the house (the brand new house) or needed to let the whole house water system work for a few months or change all of our fixtures…when it finally got to a tiny trickle coming out of my kitchen faucet I had had enough. I stopped using everyone’s suggestions and researched local plumbers online. Mr. Hall was so knowledgeable and took the time on the phone to walk me through some steps to see if it was our well pump, pressure tank or something else. The fourth plumber we called was finally our guy! He came out and they fixed the problem on a Friday afternoon - they went the extra mile, helped us out and then took the time to make sure each of the faucets were working. Thank you guys! You are amazing! We will recommend you over and over!“
