The only issue is the next step is a good cleaning which couldn't be scheduled until February of 2026! I guess I'm in limbo until then. I was told by friends to just go somewhere else. I think I'll stay with this office.“

“Dr. Duran and his dental assistant was so nice. Dr. Duran walked me thru all he was going to do and was patient and reseptive with my questions. The best thing is, when he went to numb my mouth I didn't even feel the needle, AT ALL!. The young lady that greeted me at the desk when I 1st got there was very friendly with such a great smile.
The Vinton office is now my favorite....“

“Being one of the dental offices whos services were included in my Health Plan, and located in a convenient location on Valley View Blvd, I made an appointment for a first visit, checkup, and preventative teeth cleaning. I arrived on time and signed their checking in sheet. The dental office was clean and modern design with nice and comfortable furniture. One of the dental receptionist welcomed and greeted me and asked me to fill out some forms from a special tablet. Then she asked me for my insurance card to make a copy of it. Then I was asked to wait in the front waiting are until I was called. I waited the normal time and a friendly and very professional dental assistant, Josiah, came out and asked me to follow him. He took the x-rays of my teeth and then took me to the dentist examination room and had the dental hygienist come and examined my teeth. And then the dentist came and also examined my teeth after having come from examining the x-rays previously taken by the dental assistant. Then the doctor talked about the condition of my teeth and recommend treatment. Then she took me to another waiting room with a largescreen TV to wait for the financial administrative assistant to go over with me what my insurance company will and will not cover, and schedule me for the cleaning and treatment date. Overall I was satisfied with this dental office. The only thing I would have liked was for the dentist to have reviewed the X rays with me when talking about the condition of my teeth, the cleaning, and the treatment recommended.“

“First visit for my 2 kiddos. One at 10:15, the other at 11. We were called back promptly at 11am. Made sense to send them back together. I really like that parents go back with their children. There’s a specific seating area for parents. I also liked that I could see them both. The cleaning “room” had 6 chairs in an open area. If you need privacy, this won’t be for you. Me? I could care less. Overall great experience. Scheduled us in January for follow up procedures. Cleaning appointments seem to be only a month out for scheduling. Not too bad at all.“
