We are very happy repeat customers of My Roofer. About 9 years ago we had a leak coming through to the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom. Todd Shaffer took one look and knew the problem was from our ridge vents. We had his company replace them and had no more problems. We recently decided to be proactive and replace our 15 year old builders grade roof. We called Mr. Shaffer again and he gave us a very fair, detailed estimate. The whole process was quick and easy. The communication was excellent as we also had to wait for HOA approval. We had developed a small leak in our attic that was in need of repair. so we contacted My Roofer. They came out when I was available for an inspection and we agreed on a price and time to make the necessary repairs. We were so pleased with the quality of craftsmanship and honesty that we decided to go ahead and have the chimney flashing replaced at the same time as the roof repair. Feeling that we got a fair price for the quality of this small job, we contacted them to replace the roof on our garage as well.

We are very happy with the new shingle roof installed by My Roofer. Todd Shaffer was professional, provided a detailed estimate, and addressed any questions we had immediately and thoroughly.
