They were timely in making the appointment for a non emergency pump out. They schedule a window and call with a more narrow time the day before. And a call when they are on the way. The guys were friendly and efficient. The tank was not at all where we thought it would be.
Wonderful and friendly people. Talked out prices over the phone before coming out. Costs were extremely reasonable and the service was prompt and high quality. No dodging questions or giving the run around. After digging they replaced everything just as it was before. Highly recommended for all your septic needs.
This is my third time having Cavalier Septic fix a problem and I am always more than impressed. They never over-charge. They are professional, kind, and do a great job. They always start by assuming that it is an easy fix and go from there if they find its more difficult. This time I got 2 estimates... $575 from Cavalier Septic and $2400 from another company who jumped the gun and assumed they would have to dig up the yard and told me the sludge level was maxed out and I was about to have a big problem. Once again Cavalier Septic was the most honest company to work with. No sludge problem, distribution box just needed a little adjustments and the person who installed...read full review
