But equally important, to the person, her entire staff is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. They work with each other and their patients as if everyone is family. “I am all about atmosphere and bedside manners. I have been going to Dr. Cha for now 6 years. I love the staff, they are so nice,warm, and caring. I have been to several places and never settled. I always look forward to coming to them. I am treated with kindness even though I won't floss lmao ( I do, just not often). Dr. Cha recently helped me get invisaligns, and I am happy. They have a great pay plan, and Lydia was there to help answer questions. I have sent several coworkers here, and I highly recommend them. They have two offices, one in centreville and one in tysons. Check the hours and if not sure call them.“

He is caring and explains everything very thoroughly. His office staff includes his wife and his son and they are both kind and patient when scheduling and answering any questions about billing. Even though I moved about 40 minutes away, it is definitely worth keeping this practice.“

He’s patient, thorough, and genuinely listens—always taking the time to answer my questions. I appreciate his practical, no-pressure approach; he’s never tried to push unnecessary procedures.

Over the years, I’ve had my share of dental work—fillings, a crown, and multiple periodontal cleanings—so I know what a bad experience feels like. With Dr. Nguyen, it’s the exact opposite. My most recent crown and a periodontal cleaning were both completely painless, comfortable, and stress-free. I finally feel like I can trust my dentist, and that’s priceless.

If you’ve been nervous about seeing a dentist or have had less-than-great experiences in the past, I can’t recommend Franklin Dental and Dr. Nguyen highly enough.

I’m actually happy to get my 6mo cleanings and don’t have my legacy dread!

P.S. The hygienists are good to excellent- but and the communication is great. The front desk team is just as impressive—organized, knowledgeable about both insurance and dentistry, and always on top of things. Pro tip: schedule early… they’re busy for good reason!“
