Manassas Smiles

Manassas Smiles is a dental care provider committed to delivering high-standard services in a warm and inviting atmosphere. They aim to assist patients in maintaining, restoring, or enhancing their smiles and overall dental health. New patients are always welcome.

Patient experiences vary, with many reporting positive encounters. The customer service is lovely, and the staff is often praised for their kindness and attentiveness. The dentist is noted for their competent work, while the office is recognized for its cleanliness. However, there have been instances of miscommunication, such as failing to address a chipped tooth during a cleaning appointment. It is recommended to clarify all concerns and needs with the staff to ensure they are fully addressed.

The dental hygienists at Manassas Smiles are skilled and attentive, providing detailed explanations of procedures and recommendations for dental care improvement. New patients have found the staff careful and considerate, making sure they feel comfortable throughout procedures like cleansing and filling. A suggestion for improvement includes adjusting the brightness of the examination light to enhance patient comfort, as it can currently be quite intense. Families with young children also find the environment accommodating, as staff have been known to engage with kids, offering toys and reassurance. Overall, Manassas Smiles strives to provide quality dental care while aiming to improve communication and patient comfort.
