I went in to get a cleaning and had told them when I made the appointment that I chipped a tooth. I get there and get my cleaning, which was pretty good. There was some confusion about who was going to polish my teeth, but after I asked them about doing it, that happened. Nothing was said about fixing my tooth. I had to talk with the lady at the front and she didn’t schedule enough time and oh, there it is in the notes about the chip. So, let’s schedule another appointment for that!Usually this place is pretty good. I like the dentist, he does a good job. When I talk with Walter at the front desk there usually isn’t any confusion. Manassas Smiles is a very clean, friendly, and responsive place. Their staff is really skilled and sensitive to the needs of patients, both children and adults. I just had another great visit!

Pam was the hygienist this time. She is extremely thorough, explains what she is doing, and make recommendations on what to do to improve my mouth hygiene. I understand she needs the light she uses to see better and keep her body aligned, but it is extremely bright and makes you keep your eyes closed constantly to protect yourself from being blinded. Providing darker sunglasses or a cloth over the glasses would help!
