The test of a great company is when you are in need, they come to help. After this last ice storm everyone in the neighborhood had power, except us. Jacob came out within a couple hours, reset the main external circuit breaker, showed us how to do it ourselves and all was good, until it tripped 3 more times. He came back early that evening and went circuit by circuit to narrow down the problem to a small fridge in the basement which had been fine prior to the storm. It was fortunate he did, as you could smell a bit of electrical smoke around the interior panel when the fridge caused the main to trip. I know after a storm like this, with large power outages, Jacob has been helping many people. Beyond just getting the power on, his willingness to come back a second time in the same day, which potentially prevented a substantial safety issue, is commendable. Jacob has earned my ongoing business.

Wallace was able to come the same day I called. He did not judge when the problem turned out to be embarrassingly simple and resolved the issue quickly and easily. Highly recommend and will keep his number for any future electrical needs!
