Absolutely hands down the best customer service! Our breakers went out, stopped by State Electric, they didn't have our breakers. However, instead of leaving it at that, the gentleman employee called literally every electrical company in Montgomery co -Roanoke. His last call he succeeded, found the breakers we needed in Roanoke & had them hold the breakers for us!! Again,AWESOME customer service. Highly suggest stopping in for any and all electrical needs! Thanks to them, we have electricity again!

Always helpful friendly, responsive and informative. I have been shopping here for over 20 years, and State the electrical supplier I use. They also have a nice range of products in stock as well have have great resources for finding the harder to find and specialty parts I have needed. I highly recommend them for home owners and professional users.

I purchased underground service wire to run to my shop. When I unrolled it it was shorter than what I had ordered. I called them and they said they would make it right. Arrived just before closing time and they had the section of wire ready and also provided me with what I needed to splice the wire at no charge after I requested it. Their prices are better than the big box stores, I would recommend checking with them for any electrical supplies.
