Josh Howie went over everything that I needed to know and gave me a paper instructions so I remember how to do things he was very knowledgeable and very helpful And made me feel very welcome there thank you so much Josh for your help
This company could not locate the parts of my file for a cpap order for over 3 months. I called and each time they struggled to find my information and each time they said they didn’t have the sleep study yet my sleep doctor faxed it 3 times and I actually watched my pc fax it and get confirmation. One employee said yes she found the sleep study and demographics and it would be another week but then 2 weeks later nobody recalled getting them and said they’d have to call the doctor again. Is it too much to expect medical supply businesses to be expedient and meticulous on documentation? I don’t think so. Don’t use this company if it’s something you really need....read full review
I had a CPAP order placed by my doctor in April. I would call the company and ask about the order and IF someone answered the phone, I was told it was on order.I was told to come pick it up in June and when I came by they said it wasn't here yet.Three months later after calling and chatting with the national help desk, I found that someone named Carmen voided my order in late May.I asked my doc to order with another company. I went with Rotech because this other company wasn't great either. They are the gold standard compared to Rotech.I am going to send a letter to corporate documenting everything once I get my CPAP from another company.
