Josh did an excellent job showing me options, answering my questions, and explaining how to use my new c-pap machine. The lady at the front desk is also great on the phone. So glad I chose Rotech!

Josh Howie went over everything that I needed to know and gave me a paper instructions so I remember how to do things he was very knowledgeable and very helpful And made me feel very welcome there thank you so much Josh for your help

The staff was amazing! We traveled from Fredericksburg to visit family for Christmas and my husband forget his cpap humidifier reservoir so neither of us slept last night. The lady that assisted us was so nice and we were only there 10 minutes! They would not let us pay for the reservoir but said “Merry Christmas!” We were both in tears!
