Don’t let people fool you, these are not genuine people. Worked for them for about 90 days. I disagreed with their Covid private policy, and got fired!! They did not notify my clients, after they told me they did. Very sad

From my first contact with Home Instead in Christiansburg, Va, I have had an outstanding experience. All the employees that I have dealt with have had an empathetic, caring, and very helpful attitude. The concern that the employees show in caring for my parents and helping them remain in their home longer is remarkable. I count my blessings every day that I found this wonderful group of dedicated caring people. Many thanks especially to Yonna Burton, RN, and also Ruth Stuart, RN, Misty, Sabrina, Zach, and others that I can't remember their names. Each and every one has done an outstanding job and I can't thank them enough.

The wake-up / turned down service is exactly what my mother needs, and isn't offered by other providers, as far as I know. It's also been nice that my mother has the same person assisting her for almost every day. And just in general, the people at Home Instead in Christiansburg are very helpful, understanding and accommodating.
