I did not use this service because what I needed, he did not do. However, he was great in responding via text to let me know that "Total Car Care & Towing" was able to get my 17ft trailer ready to pass Virginia Inspection! Very Helpful and responsive! THANK YOU!

Ed came over the very next day I called and did a diagnostic in no time and save me a lot of headache. I appreciated his response to my need because sometimes this can be overwhelming. He's an honest man and I'm having him do some additional work just because I feel he knows what he's talking about.. definitely has the experience.. you won't be disappointed I recommend him highly

Electric steps on our class A RV stopped working just prior to a scheduled trip. Ed diagnosed issue, tracked down needed parts, installed and had us quickly back on schedule for trip. Highly recommend Ed...good guy who knows his stuff!Service: Body & Trim
