Excellent service! Very professional
Great experience working with Sam to select my carpet. Lots to choose from. I like unique patterns and FLOORED has a great selection. Sam was very helpful, explained the process well, and came out to measure my rooms. Installation by Wayne and Wyatt was professional and fast. Keiran bound my leftover carpet into two beautiful area rugs and personally delivered them. I'm very happy with my new carpet, the selection and purchasing process, installation, and customer service. I highly recommend FLOORED.
FLOORED recently changed out the flooring in almost my entire home, and I could not be more pleased! From the beginning when I met the salesperson, Samantha Kelch, to the installation by Wayne and his crew, I was 100% happy. Samantha listened to my needs, and was able to point me in the right direction in terms of flooring. Wayne accomodated little extras I asked to have his team complete. I had originally planned to visit three flooring companies, but after meeting Samantha, I was so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism, I did not visit another store! I HIGHLY recommend this local business.
