We own a short term rental (I.e. AirBNB) on the island and had our AC totally conk out between guests. Denny and his team arrived promptly, fixed the unit in time for the next guests (a six hour turn-around). A few days later another part broke (he did warn us it could happen) and he was able to keep costs low and get it working again before the next stay, another six hour turn around. We are happy to be able to support an island-owned business and grateful for Denny’s promptness. Highly recommend.

Dennys called me back after I had scheduled someone else who couldn't come right away Denny talked me through thr problems and gave a quick fix I could do myself. Extremely helpful and went above what he has to.

We had our main unit on our mini-splits go out over New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day. Denny showed up with a new unit at a great price and had it up in running in no time. Very responsive, polite and professional. Will be my first call every time.
