I'd never done pilates before, but the instructors make it really easy to understand what to do, and usually provide different options of difficulty so you can make the exercises easier or harder, whatever fits best for you. I have arthritis in my knee and it's been one of the few ways of exercising that doesn't cause a lot of pain and is still fun! Would highly recommend!!“
