When I asked her to tell me the difference between a blouse and a shirt she couldn't and said it was my fault ‍

I dropped a dress shirt off here on 6/18 to be cleaned and pressed. They told me to pick it up on Wednesday that it will be done by then 6/22. I needed a shirt for a funeral on 6/23. Now they tell me that my shirt might not be ready till after Friday 6/25 I will not be doing business here again.

Upon walking into the dry cleaners a musty smell hits you in the face and the ceiling tiles are all water stained. Brought my down comforter and some winter sweaters to be dry cleaned. They claimed not to take down blankets to clean, which was odd. Checked back in a week to pick up the sweaters and they couldn’t find them, so had to come back in a few days. They are nice enough, but I think I will try a different dry cleaner next time.
