Dr Kapoor was wonderful at my last appointment, as always. Dr Kapoor continually amazes me with his extensive knowledge and recall. Never in a rush, he always listens fully and patiently to everything I want to tell him. Very calming atmosphere. Absolutely the best experience. Staff are super organized, efficient, and knowledgeable - and they are happy! Wait time is minimal. I highly recommend Dr Kapoor and the Wagner Kapoor Institute!

The entire staff makes you feel as if they really care and seem to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and explain step by step what they are doing and why. All of the doctors are extremely thorough and take time to explain what is going on with your checkup. Appointments are very efficient and waiting times are usually minimal.

Went to the Chesapeake office for the first time in 9 years of getting shots. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the efficiency and politeness of the staff. I noticed many prints hanging on the wall by my college roommate an artist Joseph Craig English. Kind of nice to see that.
