Dr. Mercer at Tidewater Eye Center is absolutely impeccable. She is patient, dedicated, and truly committed to perfecting your vision. I have Keratoconus with severe astigmatism, and thanks to her expertise, my vision has improved tremendously. Her staff, Robin and Brittany, are fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They make each visit smooth and comfortable. However, I must express concern regarding the Tidewater Optical shop. The customer service experience there has been frustrating. In particular, Christy’s (office manager) demeanor came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve had to call multiple times about my lenses—which... read full review

Here for updates on my eyes, very nice,been at Tidewater eyes since 3/08/2022 until now very happy with them, they can be li busy at time but um happy having them to take care of my eyes
