Yesterday was my first time visiting this location, as I typically go to the one on Kempsville and I am so glad I did. Everyone was so pleasant and nice. I don’t typically leave reviews but I truly felt nothing but positive energy from everyone I encountered in the office. Thank you Dr. Parva and the rest of the team!
Unfortunately my insurance isn't accepted here, so I had to go elsewhere, but I just really needed to praise Allison for a moment! I called in feeling so lost about what direction to go and she was BEYOND helpful, patient and incredibly kindhearted. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Allison! You genuinely helped me and left me with an incredibly impactful impression (try saying that three times in a row 😜). You guys have a solid team here and Allison is the real MVP!!! 🙌🙌🙌
The staff are so nice here. I really appreciated everyone for being so kind and helpful while I had my first visit yesterday. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was nervous about going to a new doctor, but everybody made me feel very comfortable, heard, and they were very efficient with their care. I would recommend them to anyone! Dr. Wohlgemuth is a gentle, professional and compassionate physician. Thank you for easing my mind while I had my appointment!
