This is the second time I have used Simmons heating and cooling. Thankfully both times we have had Glen Pope come to service and diagnosis our issues. Glen is down to earth and explains the problem and gives you usually a few possible solutions to choose from. He also provides pictures of all the issues.
6/5/2026 update still 5 stars! This time Kevin came out for routine maintenance and cleaning of our units and he wad timely, efficient and communicated and gave an update after on our units! Simmons has provided great service through the years!

Austin provided excellent service on our AC unit and identified a problem during routine maintenance, which he fixed during his visit, which will save us from probable future AC failure. He is very professional and pleasant to work with.
