Simmons Heating and Cooling has provided and serviced my HVAC system since 2015. They have always been quick, efficient, professional, and courteous. I also appreciate their attention to detail and leaving everything clean and in order.
I do not usually do reviews for anyone by today just happens to be different. We had a problem with our AC not working for a couple of days so we called Simmons to get it looked at. This is the very first time in my life and I have been around a long time that the Tech came out ask what the problem was and knew exactly where to go to fix the problem, in and out in ten minutes I really didn't believe it. I know there are a lot of companies out there, some are to big to really care about what they are doing but these guys are small, kind and really a pleasure to have around. You all should give Simmons a try, you will enjoy it.
One of the most professional technicians I’ve ever dealt with for repair. He knew Immediately what was wrong with my HVAC just by the sound. And diagnosed another problem with my second AC. If this is the level of technicians we get from this company. I give them my highest recommendation!
