Tom thank you so much for your quick response and one stop-shop in correcting braker triping issues at my house. Everything is working fine now. No more brakers triping when star the dryer, nor light flickering when star the microwave. I wish I can give you more than 5 stars...

Called in and received advice on the possible problem and when that did not work. Tom and his wife came out late in the evening and investigated my problem. They found the problem and had it fixed the following morning. Very VerY VERY happy with the result.
