I called this company and I was told that someone would be able to come out in about an hour. A technician arrived in about an hour and looked at the job and explained the problem to me. I gave him the ok to fix the problem, he left and picked up the part, came back in a few minutes, fixed the problem, I paid him and he left. I would definitely recommend this company.
