Made an appt for 10am bloodwork & was told to arrive at 9:45am. The waiting room was packed (no chairs open & a couple of people were briefly standing). They took me back at 10:10am & I was leaving by 10:20am. Way faster than the Sentara Lab on Volvo Pkwy & closer to home. Phlebotomist was phenomenal, hardly felt a thing.

This is my preferred location for laboratory services. The process is consistently fast and efficient, with excellent customer service and engaging, pleasant conversations from the staff.

I read a lot of poor reviews before getting my bloodwork taken. I had a very positive experience. I walked in at 7:10am & was out the door within 10 minutes. Nice & professional people working the front desk & taking blood draws. I give them 5 stars!
