Mr. Richardson provided expedient professional service. He answered the phone after hours and asked thorough questions. Our responses to his questions led to Mr. Richardson educating us on possible situations that may be causing the problem with ways to mitigate them. His secretary called the following morning as promised to schedule an appointment. When Mr. Richardson came out he quickly resolved the problem and suggested further ways to prevent later plumbing issues (e.g. pan under the water heater in our downstairs closet to protect our flooring). We were very impressed with his keen eye and experience. Very personable and a delight to talk to.
