I have used Renewal by Anderson for the second time to upgrade my windows. In each project, the craftsmanship and detail to attention has been phenomenal. Recently, Crew leader Joseph and his assistant, Brenden, uncovered rot and termite diggings near the window supports. It was brought to my attention before they proceeded and had to reschedule window treatment before compromising the installation. I really appreciated their thoroughness and honesty to not just cover up the damaged wood. Renewal rescheduled my appointment for the following week to replace the wooden supports.
