Josef was amazing!!!! Came to my rescue and solved the issue very quickly, stopped the leaking in my ceiling and was pleasant the entire time. Would def recommend Josef and his team!
I'm not big on providing reviews, yet I'm compelled to provide this review about the wonderful service that Josef with Quality HVAC provided today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is not often that you come across genuinely good people who convey that through their work in the customer service that they are providing. He diagnosed and repaired my AC issue within about 30 minutes. I believe anybody can do a job, but it's how you do the job that separates you from everyone else. QHE did a great job. My issue was resolved and my technician Joseph was phenomenal. He explained to me what was happening with my electrical unit and was very courteous, professional and sincere. I would definitely recommend and do business with QHE again in the future.
