My experience with Robert was excellent! He explained what he was going to check for, in detail and helped me understand best & worst case scenario. He got to work & without me asking,, took pics & showed me the work on my toilet and explained what he ran into thoroughly. The estimate & price were true, his work was fast & high quality and I am very satisfied.
I had to call Precision on Memorial Day for a clogged shower issue. Josh came by the next morning and luckily for me the clog must have dislodged on its own. Before leaving, he triple checked to make sure everything was working. I will only call this company for any plumbing problems & I highly recommend them. Josh was so helpful & knowledgeable & I know I’m always getting an honest, high-caliber technician coming to my home.
Alex was amazing. He had texted ahead to let us know his exact timing, was knowledgeable about how to best fix our issue and proactive in arranging the best short and long term solution. Thank you!!
