The process has been slow mostly due to paperwork going back and forth with Insurance, but Luis Rivera specifically with Personal Touch was really easy to work with, would say hi to the kids and not just awkwardly be in our house without saying a word, and just really did a great job on the mitigation end of everything. They also provide flooring, i.e., carpet, tile, laminated spacia. They do wallpaper and ceiling grids as well. They have an upholstery and sewing shop, as well a metal fabrication shop. They also bring older furniture back to life with new cushioning and material. All around a great business. They build and install their furniture. It's a one stop shop“
