What a breath of fresh air! Brian did a thorough inspection of my crawl space. I had some concerns, and he could have sold me on doing a lot of replacing if he was just trying to sell. He gave me some great advice. If i needed the service, I would have gone with this company in a heartbeat. it's nice to know there is still an honest company out there. I will definitely use them going forward for sure. They have a great young man representing them !!

We had great customer service from this company. I called the office and the person on the phone (Sheila I think?) was extremely warm and helpful. Within 2 business days she was able to get us scheduled to have an inspector come take a look at our crawl space. Christian was friendly, professional, and very informative helping us fully understand our current issues and Hawk’s services to meet our needs. Due to some more pressing home concerns, we are not working with this company at this time, but I wish we could! They seem trustworthy and dedicated to good service.
