Our funeral director Duane was absolutely wonderful - he handled every detail with patience and compassion, and made a very difficult time so much easier for our family. I don't think I can fully express the gratitude I have for this establishment. Duane and the entire team handled our situation with such compassion and grace, something we will never forget. During one of the most painful moments of our lives, they didn’t treat us like just another case or a business opportunity. They treated us like family.
They made the arrangements for our daughter as easy and gentle as possible, which is exactly what grieving parents need. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care meant everything to us. We are forever thankful.
