The visit was very pleasant from start to finish. From check-in to checkout everyone was attentive and friendly. I was greeted with a smile. The young lady who did the tests and Dr. Scott were very comforting. I had my eye exam and picked out new glasses in less than 1 hour.
Always seen promptly and thoroughly. Never rushed through and all my concerns are always addressed. Myself and my children now adults have come here for many many years. So happy to have consistent care! Friendly staff as well!
Patient Centered, Communicate ongoing regarding processes/procedures. Provided educational information in writing. Office staff happily checked co pay status of insurance. Makes a MD appointment much ore tolerable. Thank you
