Greg introduced himself as our new technician since our previous tech was promoted. He presented himself in a professional manner, courteous and personable. He provided us with thorough and effective service, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
Damian was my technician today, and I have had him another time is well. As always, Damian gave me a courtesy call with his ETA, and appeared at my door, in a timely manner. Damian was polite and courteous. He was professional and detailed what he would be completing, as well as following my instructions in regards to attention to my kitchen area.
