Flashlight Barbershop is the best place to get a cut if you live in Chesapeake & Norfolk. Chris is the most reliable barber and always there. The best part about Chris is that he keep his appointments 100% of the time. All the other barbers in there are fire too, but Chris is my go to after all these years. If you don't want to be disappointed or have your hairline pushed back, Flashlight Barbershop in Greenbrier mall is the place to go!
