I put 3 stars just to be able to say and maybe get a response from who ever runs the place..my wife goes there and she’s not into giving reviews and stuff like that but myself I have nooo problem with doing so.. the last 2x my wife has gone there she has received a txt I guess from one of the hair stylist saying”we charged less than we suppose too” to ask for a certain type of perm or something. Last visit she paid a total of 104$ that’s with tip..now I’m trying to found out what’s the problem? I experienced very good customer service at this location. We initially made an appointment online with a nearby SuperCompetitor who refused to honor the appointment.I came here rather than waiting at the other place, and the stylist was very friendly and got my daughter in right away. Quite a contrast from the SuperChumps up the street.The store was also clean and pleasant, which was another difference between the two hair care chains.I suggest skipping the SuperCreeps in the other shopping center and coming here instead.Update: haircut finished and the experience was amazing!Nea was extraordinary. I want to give this place 5 stars i so do! But the only reason for the 4, is because my bangs were screwed up and my eyebrows! The one lady thought I had a scar that's why she didn't want to wax that area. I mean it's a hair place not a nails and wax place so I get it! But when I tell you it was funky looking! Even my bangs were longer than each other! She was sweet and the environment was amazing! Still had a great date night with my man but will be taken my business somewhere else! I think if she got more training she would be 10 times better
