Tj cut off all the dead ends and my hair is so adorable! I love how short it is and its so healthy and soft! He was nice and listened and was very professional! Will come back again!
Had my hair cut and styled by Tabitha for the first time. I needed to find a new hairdresser and decided to try out EPIX. I'm super happy with Tabitha! She listens and cut my hair EXACTLY as I wanted!
Everyone except Christy is really nice. She does not seem to like her job and it reflects badly on the salon unfortunately. Even if I get excellent service from the other wonderful ladies upon listening to her talk to other patrons makes me uncomfortable. She comes off very snappy and short. Maybe some customer service training or maybe take vacation. I actually avoid when she is there to enjoy the experience more for the past couple of months. Highly recommend any of the other ladies.
