I do not typically write bad reviews but this interaction has really irked me. I normally get my hair done with Christy and she does a fantastic job of working with me and my schedule, but I scheduled a bleach root touch up with Tanya or Tara i don't really know her name, thinking she would be able to work with me. She called and asked me if i wanted highlights or a touch up and even asked me to move my appointment earlier so she would have more time, which I said yes. Upon arriving, she told me she thought i booked a gray hair touch-up and would not have time to do my hair then asked to reschedule. Tj cut off all the dead ends and my hair is so adorable! I love how short it is and its so healthy and soft! He was nice and listened and was very professional! Will come back again!
Had my hair cut and styled by Tabitha for the first time. I needed to find a new hairdresser and decided to try out EPIX. I'm super happy with Tabitha! She listens and cut my hair EXACTLY as I wanted!
