Will was AMAZING - personable, professional, effective, and considerate of our infant’s nap-time. Best service of ANY kind that I have had in a very long time. Took the time to explain the process, and turned a carpet that I thought would have to be replaced into “like new” condition. Highly recommend Eco Carpet, and ask for Will!

Hello! I had Eco carpet pro cleaning Associate come over and clean up the carpet. He was a tall black man and it’s unfortunate that I forgot his name because he did such an amazing job on my carpet. He made conversation, made sure me and my family felt comfortable, And was able to get stains out of my carpet that I had been struggling with for years. I had forgot that my appointment was set, and he waited almost an hour to make sure that my carpet was clean. The carpet looks flawless and originally I was hesitant to join the company, but I am so glad that I made the decision and I hope that I get the same technician again because he was amazing.
